1. Definitions and Interpretation
In this happy888 Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

3.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that show no activity for a set period may be classified as inactive. happy888 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the policy in effect at that time. Members will be notified before any fee is applied.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Terms

10. Account Closure

10.2 Closure by happy888

11. Amendment of Terms

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of this document, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
